AFTER-SALES MAINTENANCE
Our company offers the following after-sales services:
- Technical questions: For clarification regarding equipment or any other specific matter, contact Manuel Costa at +351 919000620. You can also contact by e-mail: info@gymnos.pt. These consultations are free for our clients.
- Providing Technical Documentation: for assembly and / or maintenance, proper use of the material (free of charge), etc .
- Spare parts: Our company proposes to replace parts or pieces of equipment that may be deteriorated with use or the passage of time, in order to extend the longevity of the materials (replacement materials will be charged).
- Revisions and Maintenance: if the client hires us to do so, after analyzing the state of the equipment (pits, apparatus, mats, etc.), we propose a phased budget for its maintenance.
- Material improvement: Gymnova usually tries to reconcile the new materials being launched into the market, with the old ones, or part of them. Proof of this are the new vaulting tables, which are compatible with the base of the old model, being possible to acquire only the body.
- Projects Department: For more significant changes or expansion of the gym’s design, for relocation or acquisition of new equipment, etc., our project department makes technical proposals through layouts, for the best use of spaces and resources.
- Customer Satisfaction: If anything distinguishes the “Gymnova Family” from other brands, it is our concern for customer satisfaction and the effort made to make your job easier. We speak the same language as coaches and gymnasts, because our team has been involved with gymnastics, whether as gymnasts, coaches or judges, and understands the needs of those who require our services and this allows us to give a practical and effective answer to what is required.
