Click here to download the all-in-one Sweet Home 3D installer that comes with Java.
Download the Gymnova (4 MB) library objects, save them to your hard drive, import them into the software using the 'Furniture > Import furniture library' menu, and select the file you just downloaded.
For WINDOWS:
Run the downloaded installation program and follow the instructions of the installation wizard.
For MAC OS X:
Double-click the downloaded file and run the Sweet Home 3D application found in the opened folder. To install Sweet Home 3D, drag and drop the application into the folder of your choice.
For LINUX:
Unzip the downloaded file and run the Sweet Home 3D application found in the unzipped directory. To install Sweet Home 3D, move the unzipped directory to the one of your choice.
After-sales maintenance
Our company offers the following after-sales services:
- Technical issues: For clarification on equipment or any other specific matter, please contact Manuel Costa at 919000620 (Call to national mobile network). You can also do so via email: info@gymnos.pt. These consultations are free for our clients;
- Sending Technical Documentation: for assembly and/or maintenance, proper use of material (free), etc.;
- Spare parts: Our company offers to replace parts or equipment components that may be deteriorated with use or over time, in order to extend the longevity of the materials (replacement materials will be charged);
- Reviews and Maintenance: if the client contracts us for such, after analysing the condition of the equipment (pits, apparatus, mats, etc.), we will propose a phased quote for its maintenance;
- Material Improvement: Gymnova generally tries to reconcile new materials entering the market with older ones, or parts thereof. Proof of this is the new vaulting tables, which are compatible with the base of the old model, allowing you to purchase only the body;
- Projects Department: For more significant changes or expansion of the gym design, for relocation or acquisition of new equipment, etc., our projects department prepares technical proposals through layouts/floor plans, for the best utilisation of spaces and resources.
- Customer Satisfaction: If anything distinguishes the "Gymnova Family" from other brands, it is our concern for customer satisfaction and the effort made to make your work easier. We speak the same language as coaches and gymnasts, as our team has been involved with gymnastics, either as a gymnast, coach or judge, and understands the needs of those who request our services, which allows us to provide a practical and effective response to what is required.
Specialized room mock-ups
GYMNOS offers free advice for building new specialised gymnastics halls or renovating old ones.
We provide proposals for the optimal implementation and placement of pits and equipment, aiming for better space utilisation, while respecting safety distances and, of course, always considering the preferences of clients, especially coaches.
We have equipped offices and experienced staff capable of designing implementation plans from the blueprint stage to the completion of the entire equipment installation.
Based on meetings with clients and architects, site visits, as well as the data and information provided, we develop initial sketches until a proposal satisfies the client.
Once this stage is complete, we transfer all collected information to Gymnova's Research and Design Department in France, so that we can present definitive construction plans and all necessary technical documentation for the proper execution of the works and to resolve any technical issues in time.
Events and Technical Service
Our technicians specialize in the installation of gym equipment and sports equipment, including advising clients on all aspects they may need, clarifying any questions about equipment and facilities.
These installations include:
- Assembly and installation of gym equipment.
- Assembly and installation for sports events.
- Installation of anchor points.
Inspection of equipment condition and certifications.
Our technicians can visit gyms and provide a detailed report on the condition of the equipment, as well as suitable maintenance proposals. Suggested corrections are presented in three levels: Priority, Recommended, and Optional.
