How to Buy from GYMNOS Online Store
We want your shopping experience to be easy and secure.
That's why Gymnos's online store has been organized for a simple and intuitive process.
1. Choose Products
At the top of the main page, you will find several featured categories.
Click on the desired category and, if applicable, on the corresponding subcategory to view available products.
To learn more about a product or to buy it, click on the product image.
2. Add to Cart
Select the size, colour, or model, choose the quantity, and click "Add to cart".
To continue shopping, repeat the process.
3. Modify Cart
To view cart details, click the cart icon at the top of the page.
Here you can change quantities or remove products before proceeding.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Checkout
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click "Check out".
- Registered customers ⇒ log in with your email and password.
- New customers ⇒ fill in the fields with your personal details and create an account. This account can be used for future purchases and to track orders.
The provided details refer to the shipping/delivery address.
5. Choose Delivery
Select the shipping option.
The cost depends on the weight, dimensions of the order, and the delivery location.
Orders exceeding the automatic shipping limit will receive a personalized quote via email.
6. Choose Payment
Available options include: Bank Transfer, ATM, MB WAY, or Credit Card.
Orders not paid within three days will be automatically cancelled.
If you wish for an invoice with different details, select the "Use a different billing address" button and fill in the fields correctly.
If you want an invoice with a tax number, make sure to provide a correct and valid Tax Identification Number (NIF).
7. Order Confirmation
Check your details before finalizing your order.
After finalizing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which you should save for future reference.
Always use the order number when contacting us.
8. Delivery Times
- In-stock products ⇒ dispatch within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order products ⇒ variable lead time, with information provided at the time of purchase.
9. Track Order
Go to the "Customer Area" at the top of the website to track your order status.
