How to buy

When buying, it is essential that you find ease and security in the process. Therefore, we have created a purchasing system that is objective and easy to understand. Check it out!

To facilitate the choice, we have placed several CATEGORIES highlighted at the top of the main page of the site. These Categories are seen as soon as you enter the site and refer directly to the desired discipline. Once you choose the category, you will find the different existing products and if you want to buy them or know more about them, just click on the respective images.

To purchase a product you must first select the size, colour or model of the article, the quantity you want and then click on “Add to cart”. A new page will appear with the details of your cart. If you wish to purchase another product, click on “Continue shopping” and repeat the procedure.

To modify your order, i.e. delete a product or change the quantity of items, click on “View cart”.

If you prefer to finalise your order click on “Checkout”.

If you are already a customer, type in the indicated fields your username/email and password and login. If this is your first purchase on the site, fill in the form with your personal details and create an account to be used in future purchases, or to track the status of your orders.

Choose the Shipping option: Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the product and also the location of delivery. If the order exceeds the maximum weight for automatic allocation of shipping costs, you will have to confirm your demand, in order to receive by email the best proposal with shipping cost included.

Choose the Payment option: Bank Transfer, PayPal, ATM, MBWAY or Credit Card.

Please note that orders whose payment is not made within a maximum period of 3 days, will be automatically canceled.

After filling and checking all personal information, you must read and accept the Terms and conditions of Gymnos shop and click “Place order”.

You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately by email, which you can keep for future references. If you need to contact us, use always the order’s number on that confirmation.

Delivery time for online orders depends on the product’s availability. If the product is in stock, shipment will be carried out during the next 3 working days, after confirmation of the order’s payment. Otherwise, the product will have to be ordered and the new delivery period may be extended up to 30 days, unless contrary information provided by the supplier.
